Developer / Programmer
MSAI Technology Solutions (MSAI TECH) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Applications Developer/Programmer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business operations and client solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality and scalable technology solutions.
The Applications Developer/Programmer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance web and mobile applications, develop APIs, and ensure system performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service orientation, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively document and communicate technical processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and ASP.NET-based solutions.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for applications, systems, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to security, coding standards, and best development practices.
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education/work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing .NET and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in C# or Python, REST API, and ASP.NET Framework.
- Knowledge and experience in:
- ASP.NET Core API
- jQuery and JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, TypeScript)
- Bootstrap and Responsive Design
- MS SQL Database
- Azure Cloud Services
- GitHub development platform
- Understanding of web development and web services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of mobile application development is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Filipino citizen or with valid Philippine work authorization.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work setup in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
- Willing to work in the night shift.
