Admin Officer

The Admin Officer supports the day-to-day administrative, human resource, and accounting needs of the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations by handling sales and expense recording, order processing, inventory and purchasing, payroll administration, and collections. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized documentation and providing support across departments, including ad-hoc projects.

Key Skills

  • Record and monitor sales, expenses, and financial transactions accurately
  • Process orders, prepare invoices, and manage collections
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and stock monitoring
  • Assist in payroll preparation and HR-related tasks
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of documents
  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • t least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, HR, accounting, or operations roles
  • Experience in order processing, invoicing, collections, inventory, and payroll is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, accounting tools, and basic invoicing systems
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup
